Comparison Widget

The comparison widget provides a snapshot of the performance of various locations, whether they are physical locations, different touchpoints within an organization, or different channels (online and offline). The integrated calculation takes into account variations in the number of feedback received per location, providing an accurate depiction of performance.


This indispensable tool offers visual insights into the performance of different locations. Which location excels? What is the distribution between positive and less positive feedback? Are there specific branches that require extra attention? With the widget, informed decisions can be made quickly. For cases requiring deeper analysis, the display can be customized.



Ranking Widget

In addition to the comparison widget, there is also the ranking widget. This provides an overview of the best and worst performing locations, revealing not only which locations can serve as examples but also where improvement opportunities lie. For a more detailed insight, specific locations can be clicked on.


The score is determined based on the number of respondents, the average score, and the respondents across all locations during a certain period. This allows locations with different numbers of respondents to be fairly compared. Of course, the more respondents there are, the more reliable the ranking becomes. The ranking widget is an excellent tool for Area Managers.
